Hello, I’m Jessica “Jess” Corbin, a REALTOR® proudly serving
Maryland’s Eastern Shore. Since earning my license in 2023, I’ve been committed
to guiding clients through the real estate process with care, clarity, and
confidence. As an Air Force veteran with a background in accounting, I bring
integrity, attention to detail, and calm guidance to every transaction.

As a wife and mother who relocated to the Eastern Shore, I
understand firsthand what it takes to find a house that truly feels like home.  Through my husband, I have deep family ties
to the Eastern Shore and have developed a genuine appreciation for the unique
Chesapeake charm and lifestyle that the Shore offers.  

When I’m not helping clients, I enjoy substitute teaching at
local elementary schools, getting lost in a good book - especially historical
fiction - and savoring the experience of watching my children grow.

I am passionate about helping military members and veterans,
first-time homebuyers, and anyone relocating to the area. No matter where you
are in your real estate journey, I’m here to provide guidance to make the home
